The benefits are exceptional, it's nearly impossible to find an employer these days that cares as much as Tecolote does about employee benefits. As a recent college grad, I was very impressed by the level of benefits I received on my very first day. Beyond the benefits, I found that Tecolote employs a wide range of people with varying experience levels. I have learned so much about the industry, and have personally growth more than I could have expected. They look for employees who are eager to learn and want to join a fun and professional team. I highly recommend considering working for Tecolote.
