      Pros

      The benefits were fantastic. Tecolote paid for health insurance and funded employee pension plan and stock/profit option plans. Tecolote strives for low turnover rates. Excellent management.

      Cons

      Most work effort is with the government, which can place more knowledgeable commercial contractors being directed by unqualified government employees.

      Pros

      Ability to access unlimited online trainings, good work-life balance. They want you to stay here a long time, offer fantastic company-paid retirement plan and company-paid healthcare and dental, though there is a large deductible. Also, every employee gets a share of the company. Really positive, laid-back work culture.

      Cons

      Lowest possible pay. The only training is online. Not very much personnel management or source control, which can be a good thing if what you value is ultimate freedom over efficiency.
