Pros

True that we went through two acquisitions in the last 2 years. All acquisitions are a bit painful, and one during a pandemic is even more strange. However, I had a feeling to stick around, am I'm SO glad I did. Leadership is fantastic. They truly care about the employees and it shows through them listening to any concerns and applying solutions quickly. Compensation is very good and the leaders do everything they can to equip you with the right tools to succeed. Working Remote is a huge plus as well.

Cons

A con could have been the acquisition but that has turned out great. I have seen a few negative reviews that were written shortly after the acquisition and during the pandemic. I personally think if they'd stuck around, their review would have looked much different.

Pros

I had an opportunity to work with an amazing team while working at Teem for multiple years. Great culture prior to the acquisitions the company wen through.

Cons

Teem has gone through two acquisitions. Both have been an extremely rocky road for all employees. WeWork put Teem through a mass layoff prior to the sell-off to iOffice. Due to the most recent acquisition by iOffice Teem has seen no culture what so ever. You can truly understand this since iOffice's CEO has to create a "Culture Task Force". In early April Teem faced another round of layoffs and pay cuts across the board for all Employees. This shortly occurred after raises were given to employees. Throughout these acquisitions, there has been nothing but a massive turnover on mismanagement. PTO policy for Teem by iOffice is horrendous employees get two weeks of PTO with no sick time. If you get sick you're stuck dipping into your PTO. The benefits overall are poor an not what you'd expect to get from a tech company. Career growth at this time is non-existent for current employees.

Pros

1. Room for career growth. I worked for Teem for almost 3 years and in that time I was able to move up in job title twice and I have 3 substantial raises in that timeframe. 2. The people are amazing and the culture is 2nd to none! The biggest reason why is was so hard to leave Teem was the people. It was a fast and fun environment that I looked forward to everyday. 3. The benefits. I was on a HSA plan that Teem paid 100% of the premiums. 4. The

There are not many cons to working at Teem. The only reason I left was to pursue a different opportunity.
