Pros

Teem's culture was absolutely exceptional. Everything about the people who work there is absolutely stunning. I loved everyone and, as an engineer, that's pretty hard to do. The problems were interesting, I loved solving them and working with my team. I was excited to work on projects!

Cons

Company leadership could use some work. They claim they're transparent, but they're not nearly transparent enough it feels like.

Pros

Great Benefits (Medical, Dental, 401k, Unlimited PTO, stock options, Stocked kitchen) Company has a great direction, Great Management, Laid back Culture that still gets work done, some of the brightest devs in Utah, Work-Life balance is great, Developers get to work from home on Thursdays. Teem is leading the market in workplace management with an amazing client list so the future is bright here.

Cons

Still a startup, so there are minor growing pains
