TekSynap is a company that truly cares about their employees. The benefits are outstanding... health with a $5,000 paid deductible, vision, dental, annual training budget per employee, $5,000 vacation after 5 years, $10,000 vacation after 10 years, competitive 401k, and the list goes on. Upper management is truly supportive and engaged. TekSynap has built a culture to attract and retain their employees.

I have been with TekSynap for just over 4 years now, and I cannot think of any cons.
