Can be stressful based on the "work hard" mentality but understandable based on customer requirements.

Good benefits, TekSynap really seems to care about getting the best out their employees. They have free udemy courses and offered to pay for any certifications I want.

Cons

Unfortunately, you are really at the whim of the employers you are contracted out to. This makes it hard to move up in the company.
