Family owned, global, strong low cost benefits, competitive salaries, stable, financialy secure, engaged CEO, diverse workforce, strong customer focus, loyal employee and customer base, mgt. looks at doing the right thing in making decisions that impact people.

Cons

Far behind in systems and tools, forecasts are all over the place, going from too flat to top-heavy in a year, little automation, predictive maintenance is foreign to the legacy plants, enormous IT group yet systems remain over capacity and 10 years behind.
