All in all a terrible experience. No direction or proper training was given by dotted line functional manager based in USA. Solid line manager based in Singapore had zero knowledge in the scope of work and so was of zero support. HR meanwhile was eager to redefine contractual job description and dump extra duties that no one really wants to take onto new hires.

Depends on your view, people can get away with anything and are not held responsible, which can be a good or bad thing!

Cons

I would recommenced Teknor, as long as it isn't in the purchasing department. They are a mess with no direction or management.
