While they help when financially struggling, only reason is because they don't pay you as much as any company who know what they are doing pays. Absolutely clueless management who make it their priority to stay away from assisting their employees. Management also does not take responsibility when they make a mistake. No proper training for new employees who were hired after pushing away knowledgeable ones. Absolutely to room for advancement or pay increase regardless of ones knowledge of several positions.

Over the course of my 3+ years I saw employee perks disappear, morale drop, and many employees mistreated. Wages are lower than the Apple Store for similar positions.
