Doesn't equip you with product that actually being manufactured, even if it's more cost effective, and cheap. Upper management artificially caps review ratings to avoid meet based pay raises, rather than just admit they don't want to do pay raises. Would rather hire from the outside first before offering career development opportunities from within.
