This company is home to some of the smartest and capable folks and has time and again proved and has reassured to us that it takes just one team of such professionals to create an impact. The open door policy wherein you get to voice about anything is commendable. The management is top notch in terms of their ability to help permeate their core values of respect and commitment.
Cons
Lack of processes in certain areas but a lot of effort is being put in to address the same with some of them addressed already. We have heard about our benefits being revised very soon and so, some good news for us there.
