Extremely friendly and professional staff. Everyone from the recruiting team, to my manager, to the benefits and HR teams, I was made to feel like their most valuable new hire and that they were lucky to have me join the team. During the hiring process, there was plenty of open communication from the recruiting team and hiring manager. Salary offered was extremely competitive for the industry. Telamon has multiple divisions and promotion opportunities in the future. All in all, choosing Telamon for my career choice seems to have been a great choice. I am looking forward to a long term career here. Have personally recommended several former coworkers to seek employment here at Telamon.
