Autocratic management, unfair and unbalanced approach to management of staff. Inconsistent oversight of federal programs managed by agency. CEO terrorizes staff under her- fires indiscriminately. Board has ostrich approach an believes everything they are told.

-Low Salary grade -Management can throw things on you that you might not know anything about -Training was slight until later on -office files everywhere no organization -no job growth only unless someone leave
