Young company with a positive attitude toward solving problems and working with consultants. Appreciated the opportunity to provide possible solutions to a client's problems and know that I was heard.

N/A. There was an issue, but it is "special" and hopefully would not happen again. Slow to challenge the client forcefully, but it was understandable in that circumstance. I would have to see how business is normally handled on another contract to count this as a "con".
