Pros
Worked from home, learned new applications, worked solo, sometimes worked as a team and providing COVID 19 support to the community.
Cons
Not being able to assist all residents of the District. The ERAP was only for residents living in DC that rented their residence. Homeowners had support provided by other programs. I wished ERAP was for anyone facing hardship paying their bills during these trying times.
