Pros

Union. 4 weeks paid training + 2 weeks on site training. Start at $17, move up to $21 after two years and $24 after 5 years where it caps.

Cons

Theres always something to complain about, it's a pretty easy job, it is what you make of it.

Pros

Good entry level for civil and telecommunication folks. CAD design helps you get into here regardless of what field you are in.

Cons

Usual hierarchy politics and could be a closed off environment depending on which team you end up in.
