Health insurance is cheaper slightly , 401k good company match
Cons
Toxic narcissism within the dept , fragile egos , good ole boy mentality , lack of 'real work ' forget cross training or being involved with anything of value . Doing anything extra makes the dept look bad who's trying to justify their own jobs , extremely negative and prejudice to other depts , I came with 15+ years of mechanical experience and a degree in mechanical engineering and they had me push a broom .Constantly spied on , major lack of communication , discouraged from talking or interacting with other dept employees ,
