Pros
If you're an unemployed software engineer and you need a job immediately, they need you.
Cons
Company lacks any formal project development documentation guidlines or standards. When you start at Teledyne no one knows exactly what the current project is supposed to do, the project is conceptualized only in vagua terms with a rough concept of functionality. Instead of determining program specs, management will expect you to endlessly make program changes while they try each new version and decide what to change. No clear project concept, so no direct progression to completed project. All projects become late and frusterating. Zero job satisfaction. Of four software engineer positions at the Mason OH site, three have been vacated this year.
