      Pros

      Good benefits, vacation, sick time, great opportunities to advance. The company likes to promote within the ranks, which can be a good thing. Flexible hours and offers company van pools.

      Cons

      The company needs to update on some procedures and how things are done. Other than that, Teledyne Controls is a good company to work for. Many workers are long time employees, therefore it's a stable work environment.

      Pros

      You can be trained on technology side and you can be trained on proposal writing and funding application. You have opportunities to work on cutting edge technologies.

      Cons

      There is too much pressure to market yourself inside the company. You can fit the company better if you know a little bit about everything.

      Pros

      Impulse has great benefits, the industry isn't suffering too severely from the economy, most everyone is really friendly and respectful of peers.

      Cons

      Favoritism inevitably exists, double standards exist among employees, can have unfair and unrealistic expectations from new employees, management will act as if they know everything that's going on and pin you in the corner.
