      Pay is terrible, no opportunity or growth, and will overwork you like crazy.

      Great people, flexible hours, hybrid.

      Cons

      Corporate leaders don't have meaningful long term vision. They also don't empower local management enough to be efficient. Poor effectiveness with finding new business and new customers. Too much red tape. Hiring freeze despite loss of staff.
