Business Outlook
Pros
When the times were good, it was a great place to work. Interesting programs and projects to work on, exposure to customers, exciting involvement in company and industry events, a lot of travel, exposure to senior/executive management, employee recognition and awards. The cafeteria was outstanding. There was plenty of parking. Company was liberal with time off and telecommuting.
Cons
In the bad times (like NOW), it quickly became all about the numbers. Atmosphere changed quickly. Company went straight to layoffs, much quicker than when compared to other companies.
