the team work, 100% customer satisfaction, structured enviroment, 100% cross training, 100% safety, management always had an open door policy.i really hate that the Distributtion Center closed and moved to Mississippi.
Cons
some people would be on a probation period with temp agencies and have worked longer than the time before becoming hired permanently.
