Having grown so much through acquisition, rationalizing systems through such a large and geographically diverse organization is daunting. The CEO, Benson Smith, has done wonders for the stock, but is stuck in the dark ages on such topics as remote working, realistic perspective of diversity in leadership, and transparency with the average coworker.

Little to no training once in your job function. Management budgets for training but it often gets cut. Lean organization that says what they think employees want to hear but usually don't tell them all the facts.
