Work life balance is great. The people there are helpful and friendly when you have created a strong work relationship.

Cons

They claim to be a diverse company that can't be further from the truth. Plus it is a company that operates based on nepotism and not competence or performance.

Best work-life balance of any company and my colleagues agree. Teleflex and my managers (over the last 6 years) have all valued family and family obligations. For me, that is simply invaluable. My managers here throughout my career have been solid with the exception on one. The other four have been outstanding and 3/4 have been promoted from within. They give you a framework to achieve success and build on it. There is a clear pathway to success and advancement.

Cons

I don't have very many cons or complaints from a company stand point. Most my negatives deal with supply chain and not the company as a whole or its core values.
