      Pros

      Great company culture overall. Good training and diversity in the workplace. Fair pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Really depends which team you work on and which division. Been here for 10 years and each division operates very differently. Doesn't even feel like you work in the same company. There are some really bad managers who have come into the company and a lot of political BS

      They are very flexible and are committed to the work life balance. People here a friendly and easy to work with. I feel valued and like I am part of a team.

      Cons

      We are growing at a very fast rate and experiencing some growing pains. A lot of moving pieces and priorities may shift or change often.
