      Pros

      The atmosphere and people are really great! The training is very thorough and inclusive. My trainer is very nice and helps a lot of I don't understand something. My manager is very nice and checks in with me multiple times a day. I'm really happy when I leave work. I use a lot more if my brain than at my last job and I love learning.

      Cons

      Lots of procedure reading which I guess isn't a bad thing but gets tiring after looking at a screen for a couple hours straight.
