      Job security if you are liked, negotiable salary if you are liked, upward trajectory if you are liked

      Cons

      if you are not liked there alot of gas lighting about your abilities and what you deserve as far as work life balance. A majority of management is left to mid-level managers with upper managers not knowing many projects or status of projects.
