Pros

Company has been a definite UPGRADE since they purchased us from our former company. Fellow employees in Jaffrey NH and in NC have been a big help with our transition. I would recommend this company for employment. Salary is good for the work being done. Friendly fellow employees. They are advancement opportunities throughout OEM.

Cons

Departments can sometimes be unorganized. Insurance is ok but could be better. Family deductible is around $4k. Lots of OT in some depts. employees can get burned out at times.

The culture is great. The people are some of the nicest people I have ever worked with. There is good training in place and plenty of options to move up and around within the company.

Cons

Only con I would say is the location being Athlone

Cons

The more I get involved outside of my group, the less I enjoy the company. Office politics plays a big role and overall it has regular big-company attributes (slow-moving and a decent amount of frustrations), which is to be expected.
