Amazing training, friendly team members, great products, incredible work-life balance, astonishing benefit package, and unlike some other big companies I have worked with, my Manager at TFX is not micro-managing at all. I will recommend this company to anyone at any time.

Cons

Being a very big company with locations all over the globe, it may sometime seem dauting to navigate to the right person in the company if you need help with things like vendor invoice payment, clinical trial agreement etc.; But, once you become familiar with the system, things become quite easy, and everyone is always willing to help in one form or the other
