      Processes could be slightly more streamlined, but really that's reaching for something to put in this box.

      True team effort where EVERYONE is in the boat rowing in the same direction and same time. There is accountability as each level and every member reaches out to help others within the EM division. What a great place to compete, grow and succeed.

      Like with any large corporation there are layers of management and some things move slow but managed well.
