Pros

Great work environment and it is super supportive. The team is understanding and willing to take blame for their own mistakes.

Cons

Sales is very demanding of the team and they have to be coached step by step of the process and products.

Great coworkers, interesting project (re-vamping an intra-aortic balloon pump).

Cons

Scope of project reduced from full rebuild of device to just upgrading user interface, with corresponding cut to budget and staff - many of whom were just recently hired. There was also a bit of shifting requirements wherein making the user interface more intuitive ran up against keeping it working the way clinicians were used to with the previous generation device.

Benefits are above average, and may go as far as to say great in comparison to other employers in the area.

Cons

Extremely mundane and repetative job. No time to stretch you legs as you are on the phone for 8 hours a day. They use a very effective and restrictive productivity measurement tool, so if you want to perform very well you have to be a slave to your phone/computer.
