      Pros

      I've been with TFX for over 5 years, and It's been a fantastic experience. Lots of opportunities for advancement, great culture, and competitive pay. Leadership has done a tremendous job making sure all employees feel supported during the pandemic. Teleflex's Employee Resource Groups for LGBT, African American, and Veteran employees (to name a few) contribute to the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion. Benefits are excellent and are supportive of families. Dress code is "smart casual", which means you can wear jeans, clean sneakers, etc. (this may vary by location, I can only speak for Morrisville). Definitely makes you feel more comfortable at work.
