comfortable work environment with great people. Decent benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, 401K. Attitude toward continuous improvement. Advancement opportunity.

Cons

There are some communication issues between departments and a tendency to do things the way have always been done because they have always been done that way. This has improved over the last few years.

Closed facility in Texas and relocated it to Mississippi which wasn't an area I was willing to relocate to.
