-Nice work environment between coworkers at the same level/office space. -Facility services and office furniture in good state.

Cons

-Local Management focuses on "keeping the company afloat" rather than improving and going further (at least at CUU locations). -Constantly removing benefits. -Unprofessional when handling employees who are leaving the company.

Unfortunately when i started working with teleflex the board had appointed a new Director who eventually changed the complete senior management team with a bunch of people who had no idea of running this business so no positive point to mention here

Cons

Now the company is really in bad shape,lots of politics, people just talk about number when they dont even know what products they are trying to sell, there is no word like appreciation in their dictionary, would never recommend anybody to work for teleflex with the current management team

Very good company to work, good technology if management let you, you can learn a lot, good salary/benefits.

Cons

In the first interview the manager and/or boss lies you to much about your tasks they make promises that never meet, they hide information to you, in my case they talk about the job/position in the first interview and when you finally get in you realize that the job is very different, I went to about 6 or 7 interviews and finally get the job so you think that they need the best people inside but no, that is not necesary in this case/job the functions do not need a high expertise. Then after all if you ask for the promises the boss/manager denies the promises, they are very arrogant you always are wrong they are fine (if you talk about their lying), they do not accept their mistakes.
