      Pros

      Teleflex Medical Pvt Ltd in India during JV and after, I have been working in sales for last 5 years, I have seen the change and transformation in being more process driven management, employee oriented policies, trust building and openness with solution seeking culture.

      Cons

      There is more to be done especially in demand planning and distribution, though there has been some improvement, the lead time needs to be worked upon.

      Don't join if you want a cushy number. Its pretty full on but worth it.
