      Pros

      It is in the midlands of Ireland, where I live. Also the multinational team is a real bonus for those who like to meet other cultures.

      Cons

      Lack of training, low wages and overly high expectations of employees that have little or no training and who earn less than they might elsewhere.

      Products and being in the Medical Device Industry. Growth by Acquisition.

      Cons

      Just about everything else, Operations, R&D, HR, etc. Culture and Upper mgmt. is the worst, especially the Irish entity...they think they have the answers, but in reality are out of touch and clueless...it's all about the Irish. Irish Mafia.

      The people I work with are great!

      Cons

      Management is clueless! The HR department is a joke as are the upper management in Ireland. Turnover rate is unbelievable.
