      Many of the senior staff are hired above their capabilities. Excellent staff have been lost.

      Pros

      Teleflex is a superb organisation. The employee benefits are good and work culture is nice. In terms of Salary and Allowances they are also on par with the industry. Products are good.

      Cons

      Some RSMs (Regional Sales Managers) think no end of themselves, they constantly keep talking negative despite what you do They do not hesitate to talk in front of you around customers
