      Very dynamic with great opportunities to grow and develop. Overall, good atmosphere.

      Don't join if you want a cushy number. Its pretty full on but worth it.

      Great opportunity for growth. Upper management is always eager to help you to further your career. The employees are like family. The Hr department goes above and beyond to boost morale.

      Cons

      The plant I worked at is shutting down, so restructuring of departments is ever changing. Communication of day to day work instructions could use some refining.
