      Slow and steady growing medical device company

      Pros

      Great mission (improving patient outcomes with better medical devices) and better than most in treatment of its employees.

      Cons

      Conservative (i.e. overly cautious) senior management is great for stock prices but misses opportunities to be a leader in the field and provide "disruptive" technologies

      Fast Growing company, HR is doing things to grow with it but could use some help.

      Pros

      Great products and Great people. HR showing some growth in the internal training area.

      Cons

      Management (at all levels) lacks consistency and training partly due to HR being so immature for the size of the company, creates confusion and uncertainty in the workforce. No system in place to listen to the employees.
