comfortable work environment with great people. Decent benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, 401K. Attitude toward continuous improvement. Advancement opportunity.

Cons

There are some communication issues between departments and a tendency to do things the way have always been done because they have always been done that way. This has improved over the last few years.

Big Brand Name, Growing market share. Good pay for new hiring. Corporate office people are enjoying all benefits.

Cons

Recent change in management lead to chaos in company and all new policies formed. But no benefits for existing employees who were working for the company from so long. Poor incentive structure. Push sales, no development for employees. No growth for existing employees because they hired new people from outside of the company for all mid-management and senior positions

Cons

Very poorly managed firm. Executives are poor communicators and trying to send as many jobs as possible out of the country.
