Pros

business unit structure, divided by specialty, new building, located in great location, wonderful people, working on innovative technologies.

Cons

raises tied to end of year performance with minuscule 3% yearly bumps, barely enough to cover the raise in insurance monthly increases - this isn't the case in certain manager, marketing, and sales positions. Opportunities for advancement with the same department are lacking.

Frequent Turnover Leads to Career Suicide

Pros

Initial salary is competitive, as is the stock options and AIP. These targets are competitive in spirit only. Nice modern office. Great location to look for other jobs if needed. I have to be fair, the benefit are great and the salary is probably excellent for any non-manager. Also, there are great inspiring senior leaders, but too few. Most are very short term and its evident when you look at VP turnover vs President/Executive.

Cons

Frequent turnover of the management staff leads to a culture of chaos and uncertainty. A new manager comes in torpedoes you in your performance review each year because they don't know everything you've worked on. The starting salaries are competitive, however reaching the next echelon is extremely difficult because you always taking the blame from the previous management regime. It is a frequent culture of blaming the last person and not taking accountability. I have worked here for over 5 years and i have never seen such a poor work life balance. I am trying to be fair, was i have met almost everyone in the main offices. Very few, with the exception of receptionist and customer service, the work hours are expected 12 hour minimum. I have not been able to take a holiday in almost 3 years, including xmas and thanksgiving. My work week is 7 days and my health has suffered.

convenient RTP location, large company

Cons

chaos toxic work environment, very few good managers, too many of the bad Senior managers being promoted up are not qualified to be in management roles and are having a very negative impact on their teams. It is amazing this company earns a profit. Cannot recommend this company as a good and ethical place to work.
