Good Company, descent benefits, intelligent people co-workers and mid management level are easy to work with. Great company to create a career.
Cons
Little to no training once in your job function. Management budgets for training but it often gets cut. Lean organization that says what they think employees want to hear but usually don't tell them all the facts.
