      Pros

      I appreciate the fact that Teleflex promotes education and provides opportunities for company sponsored classes or will support their employees in their scholastic endeavors.

      Cons

      The thing I find must challenging at Teleflex is the constant change. There are also times when employees feel they are not as important as investors. And, many are continually worried about losing their jobs, as there has been an ongoing effort to relocate many functions.
