Pros

Good Company, descent benefits, intelligent people co-workers and mid management level are easy to work with. Great company to create a career.

Cons

Little to no training once in your job function. Management budgets for training but it often gets cut. Lean organization that says what they think employees want to hear but usually don't tell them all the facts.

Pros

The employees are the company's best asset - management excluded. The "worker bees" are committed to doing a good job in spite of the management.

Cons

Management believes themselves to be superior and above reproach. They care only about themselves and money. Employees are seen as disposable but they leave with a lot of company knowledge that can't be regained.

Pros

Worked with a great group of mostly committed individuals to produce devices that really help people. Opportunities exist for those who seek them and are their own best advocates.

Cons

Pay was low in certain areas and employee attraction and retention were affected. Management was constantly in flux which often impacted morale. Some changes were good and some were very bad. Innovation was stifled and culture change is a slow process. In order to keep stock price up, the management is willing to shut plants, relocate functions, and trim products....this could be a pro for some people and a con for others.
