      Pros

      Even though pay may not be competitive to other companies in the area, Teleflex harbors a good team environment and makes communication easy.

      Cons

      Technology is strained. Can be difficult to work with multiple systems going through various servers.

      There are absolutely no pros about this company. The only pro would be that they pay a little better then most companies.

      Cons

      No advancement, management does not know how to manage. They keep running around in circles.

      Pros

      Most of the people who work for the company are highly intelligent and very capable. Unfortunately, they are unable to do their jobs because of management issues.

      Cons

      The company loves to reorganize and move people around from department to department. They frequently have employees do their old jobs + their newly assigned jobs. This leads to overworked staff who literally cannot do two jobs at once. Projects are left unfinished and quality of work suffers.
