The company values people. In general, there are good opportunities for growth. Morale is on an upswing.

Cons

Company soon to split into two companies. Could be good, but does come with uncertainty. Too risk-averse. Senior management is pretty much all middle-aged white men… though there are still strong diversity and inclusion programs.
