Working in fast evolving environment and fast growing market. IoT is a mix of different disciplins and technologies and Telit is one of the market leader. It was a privileged ponit of view

Cons

Company is sometimes managed like a small company, lets say in one man show style. Salaties and remuneratuon is often not matching either the workload than the responsabiliyies. Salary is for sure below conpetition's.

Low pay, multiple people's work on one person and no appreciation. If your not Israeli you are ignored. No training provided.

Great Company, great colleagues and friendly working enviroment. The R&D is well structured but there is a lack of documentations about sw and hw architecture.

Cons

Low salary for Engineers and career is pretty stucked.
