- They listen to your opinions - Smart and dedicated people - I got a lot of new technical skills - Work/life balance and flexible schedule - No dress code

- Teams are isolated - They don't have a long term strategy - Managers are competing and arguing among them all the time - Disconnection between projects and sales - Innovations come at a slow pace
