We strive to live our core value of arête, and feedback like this is critical to our efforts to make the company even better. Your summation of the workload and the inefficient systems certainly resonates with us, and over the last year-and-a-half we have not only implemented a new staffing model, but we have completely re-built our data model and associated tools. This has reduced in the effort required from our team to complete the work at hand, and it has eliminated the frustration inherent with using tools and systems that aren't intuitive or that are cumbersome. While we are a fairly flat organization and opportunities for advancement can be infrequent, we are actively support our team members’ efforts to grow in their existing positions, create a vision for themselves, and achieve their short-term and long-term personal and professional goals. We truly appreciate the feedback that we receive from current and former members of our team. Not only do we take it to heart, but we use it to fuel our continuous improvement efforts.
