Team building, good culture amongst coworkers

Cons

They control everything about your day and have no issue with giving sub rate routes. You can make less than $10 an hour easily.

Pros

Only may be good if you work out of a Temco Warehouse. Would get off between 3-5pm.

Cons

If you work out of a Home Depot warehouse you will get 14-16 hour shifts. Overtime pays half time, not time and an half. Expect to drive 8 hours and make 8-10 deliveries/installs. Leave before sunrise and come home at or after sunset (not always but often). Average about $15/hour after taxes. High turn over rate.

Cons

Your Hard work, loyalty and talent goes unrewarded. Promise NOT chosen based on track record, abilities or work ethic. Only company where a person can be fired/rehired, have multiple write-ups and be promoted to lead over others have done everything the right way.
